Thomas has over two decades of experience spanning Brand Consulting, Advertising, Marketing Analytics, and Management Consulting. A seasoned leader in consumer-focused transformations, Thomas combines advanced analytical insight with strategic vision to drive measurable growth and business impact.
For the past 10 years at Boston Consulting Group, Thomas operated at the nexus of BCG's Growth Practice (part of BCG X, the firm's Tech and Design Unit) and its Marketing, Sales, and Pricing Practice. He led BCG’s Measurement topic, empowering clients to leverage an advanced toolkit and build internal capabilities across Consumer Insights, Marketing Mix Modeling, Incrementality Testing, and Marketing Effectiveness & Efficiency Analytics.
Before BCG, Thomas co-founded Ninah Consulting at Publicis Groupe, establishing a leading marketing analytics practice specializing in short-term ROI for non-CPG companies. Earlier, he built the analytical foundation of Futurebrand’s Brand Valuation practice, focusing on the long-term value of marketing's contribution to business performance.
Based in Brooklyn, New York Thomas is focusing on marketing transformations for PE-backed businesses.
